Seattle nutrition support for PCOS/PMOS, IBS, and autoimmune

Come back into partnership with your body as we uncover the hidden causes of dysfunction that are keeping you stuck.

hello friend!

i’m hilary.

Neurospicy holistic nutrition expert, functional health educator, ex-dieter, empath, researcher, roller skater, and bringer of great snacks.

here are a few ways I can help:

tired of feeling like just another number?

☑️ Your labs come back “normal” - but you feel like sh*t.

☑️ You’ve tried the diets, the bio-hacks, and supplement packs - nothing seems to fully work.

☑️ You consistently feel dismissed - you know something is not right, but you often leave your appointments with more questions than answers.

☑️ 5 minutes with the doc is not enough - you are tired of being rushed out the door with another prescription and zero guidance.

☑️ You want a provider who cares about your well-being - not an endless conveyor belt of lab coats and scrubs.

☑️ You’re looking for wellness partner - not a symptom suppressor.

If this sounds like you, you’re in the right place.

my mission

To empower women and female-bodied beings to take back control of their health and hormones by offering education, tools, and resources that reconnect them with their bodies and equip them to look beyond symptom suppression and rigidity.

my vision

My vision is to inspire an entire generation of people to understand the value and importance of integrative and root-cause-based medicine. My hope is that the more people who understand this and advocate for it in their own healthcare system, the more it will become an accepted and accessible part of our healthcare system.

my values

  • JUSTICE

I want to see those who have been dismissed, gaslighted, or neglected, get their needs met. I work to make sure every one of my clients feels seen and supported, that their experience is real, and that they deserve more than a band-aid fix for a deeper-rooted problem.

  • INTEGRITY

I take my responsibility as a practitioner seriously. I stay curious, study new research, and keep doing my own personal work so I can bring the best care possible to each client. At the same time, I’m open about the reality that all care is shaped by lived experience and perspective. I encourage clients to stay engaged, ask questions, and trust their own critical thinking.

  • EMPATHY

My experience with PCOS/PMOS, infertility, dysautonomia, disordered eating, chronic illness, neurodivergence, and trauma gives me a lived understanding of how symptoms can affect every part of life. I remember what it felt like to be dismissed and desperate for answers—and what it meant to finally find support that made sense. That memory guides how I show up for others.

  • INCLUSIVITY

While my expertise and skills are best suited for female-bodied individuals in their 30s and 40s, my space is open to all. I do not discriminate based on race, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, or income. I believe everyone deserves access to integrative, root-cause-oriented care, and I’m committed to contributing to that shift.

uncover the hidden dysfunction that is keeping you stuck

Conventional medicine in the U.S. is designed to help you when your health fails, in the form of symptom suppression.

But silencing your symptoms is not the same as healing.

I can help you make sense of what’s behind your symptoms and gain confidence in your ability to address them, so you can stop relying on bio-hacks and band-aids.

Work with me and experience client-centered, weight-neutral care that’s grounded in science.
